Work-life balance with 158 annual shift requirement. Average of 12, 12 hour shifts per months including day and nigh shifts. Tele intensivists are available for consultation on all ICU patients. Colaborative hospitalist division with daily APP coverage. 20k sign on onus, 5k annual CME stipend. Shift based compensation model with differential for night shifts.
