Nocturnist Position - Northern West Virginia
Job Description
-Nocturnist needed to join growing hospitalist program
-12 hour shifts
-4 physicians working per shift (rotation to support in-patient and admission)
-7on/7off schedule but also open to other schedule arrangements
-13 shifts/month for full-time
-Department does around 8-10 admissions/day
-Full spectrum of specialists on consult
-20 bed open ICU, mostly sees COPD/respiratory illness
-C/A lines required, on call backup for procedures/ICU
-300 bed hospital
-EMR: EPIC
-Recruitment incentives available for multi-year commitment
-Full time salaried at $453,600 ($2700 per 12 hour shift)
-168 shifts per year (built in 7 days off) = 14 shifts per month
-Extra shifts calculated and paid out quarterly at $3100 per shift
