Hospitalist Position - Central Wyoming
Job Description
Facility is seeking a BC/BE Hospitalist to join an established open ICU group
- 10 shifts per month (24-hour shifts); 10 on-site, 14 unrestricted call; shift requirements can be averaged over the year for scheduling flexibility
- Opportunity to pick up extra shifts at the same flat shift rate
- Must be willing and able to reside in the community to allow for scheduling flexibility
- Procedures include central lines, intubations, thoracentesis, paracentesis, arterial lines, and possible chest tubes; chest tube management strongly preferred
- On-site practitioners include 3 PCPs, 1 general surgeon, 1 OB, 1 part-time ENT, 1 part-time internist, and 1 part-time general surgeon
- Community trauma hospital with full OB and surgical services; 24/7 hospitalist and emergency care
- Advanced diagnostic imaging including CT, MRI, 3D mammography, and ultrasound
- Flat shift rate: $2,200/shift; quality bonus of $100/shift paid quarterly
