Southwest FL/Gulf Coast
Largest independent multispecialty group practice in the County.
60% PCP/40% specialty (ID, Rheum., Pulmonary; and Endocrinology.
In practice for 40 years.
Medicare and private pay.
Full-time preferred/Part Time (30 hours and weekends) would be considered.
Retirement and resignation requires us to rebuild our ID team.
Full time salary range $190k-$220k plus production bonus.
Sign on bonus for quick commit. ($10k-$20k)
Partnership option after two years as an associate.
Health paid, MP Paid, Phone Paid. $1,500 CME reimbursement per year.
Vision, Dental, disability, dependent care savings, other paid by associate.
401(k) with 4% match after 1 year of employment. 529 College Saving Plan available.
3 weeks PTO and 1 week for CME or PTO is not used for CME.
The position is 90%+ inpatient.
The practice has 4 locations but ID goes to 2.
Full lab, imaging, Physical Therapy, Wellness/Prevention programs.
Some Research available.
18-23 patients per day on average. To 25-30 on busy day in high season.
PA assists inpatient (others being added)
Mostly traditional ID. Some HIV but there is a robust HIV clinic in the community.
