Hospital in Fort Wayne, Indiana is seeking a BC/BE Infectious Disease Physician to join an established group of 4 physicians. The ideal candidate will be fellowship trained and be comfortable with a clinic based position but available to provide hospital coverage the 16 - 24 weeks during the year when associates are on vacation. The call is shared and the current call rotation is 1:5. VISA Support is Not Available!
