- Up to $280K + bonus (Overall comp up to 325K first year)
- $50K Sign-on bonus plus 10K bonus first year
- Up to 20K relocation assistance
- 5% 401K match
- 3% annual merit pay increase with quality performance

- 100% Outpatient - Geriatrics only

- Monday – Friday work week, no weekends
- Onsite lab, Pharmacy, and X-Ray in most locations (120+ locations in 15 states)
- BC / BE - FM, IM, or Geriatrician
