Job Description

A nationally recognized PACE (Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly) organization is seeking a Geriatrician, FM Physician, or IM Physician to join its growing team in the greater Milwaukee area of Wisconsin.

Position Highlights:
  • Deliver relationship-centered care in a physician-led model that prioritizes quality over productivity
  • Work alongside an experienced interdisciplinary team committed to helping seniors remain independent
  • Outpatient-only practice with a Monday through Friday schedule
  • Shared, low-volume phone call averaging just 6 to 9 weeks per year
  • Average daily census of only 2 to 9 patients, allowing unrushed, comprehensive visits
  • Guide individualized care plans for medically complex older adults while building lasting patient relationships
  • Robust clinical support from advanced practice providers, nursing, therapy, social work, and behavioral health
