Green Bay, WI Geriatrician: Mobile Position with AUTONOMY & FLEXIBILITY
An integrated non-profit healthcare system nationally recognized as the region's heart center is actively recruiting a Geriatrician to help expand services to Long Term Care and Assisted Living Facilities in the market! This is an employed position boasting AUTONOMY and FLEXIBILITY in a mobile position to help cover multiple regions in the market. The incoming physician can cover 1, 2 or all 4 regions, if desired. The The ideal candidate is a Board Certified Geriatric Medicine fellowship trained MD/DO with an active Wisconsin and/or Michigan license.
- 80% LTC + 20% Assisted Living Facility
