Job Description
Seeking a full time family practice physician for Phoenix Arizona Primary care practice
Family Practice Provider position is responsible for diagnosing and managing acute and chronic conditions and emphasize health promotion and disease prevention. Their services include, but are not limited to: ordering, conducting and interpreting diagnostic and laboratory tests; prescribing pharmacologic agents and non-pharmacologic therapies; and teaching and counseling.
The practice Provides a wide range of programs including primary medical, dental, WIC (available at three sites), health promotion and prevention, wellness programs and behavioral health programs.
Compensation package includes full benefits generous PTO , paid malpractice.
