Job Description
A well-known and thriving multi-specialty group located on the Southern Coast of California are seeking a Concierge Medicine physician to provide top-quality and highly personable patient care.
This position offers lucrative income potential, a desirable work/life balance, and a strong opportunity for future leadership.
The Position:
Strong preference for physicians with previous Concierge Medicine experience
Provide personable and high-touch patient care in a concierge practice model
Schedule includes a 4-day work week with 1 day dedicated to administrative time
New clinic space will be focused on nutrition, therapy, and wellness-based, preventative primary care
Thriving and stable multi-specialty group of over 100 physicians has a strong referral system
Strong income potential includes a Base Salary with production upside and quality incentives offering total income of $350-700K
Full benefits package, PTO, CME, Negotiable Sign-on and Relocation, and Housing Down Payment Assistance of $500K
