- Monday - Friday, 9 am - 5 pm schedule
- Clinic half days -- max 7 patients per session; 4 - 6 residents seen
- SNF panel of ~150 residents; typical day seeing ~5, max 10
- Mixed setting -- outpatient clinic and skilled nursing facilities
- New admissions (2 - 3 hrs) and routine monthly visits (~1 hr)
- Responsibilities include phone calls, emails, and clinical paperwork
- Practice has ~50 outpatients and under 200 nursing home residents
- We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
- We arrange complimentary housing and travel and comprehensive malpractice coverage
- We simplify the credentialing and privileging process
- Access to online portal for assignment details and time entry
