- Weekday call: 5 pm - 8 pm; Saturday: 8 am - 4 pm; Sunday: 8 am - 1 pm
- Dedicated 1:1 MA-to-provider ratio plus embedded behavioral health support
- Physician mentorship program and access to leadership development institute
- Academic affiliation with teaching and leadership development opportunities
- Multi-disciplinary team including care managers, social workers, and behavioral health
- Patient panel of 18 - 22 patients; telemedicine and patient self-scheduling available
- Board-certified Internal Medicine required; DEA required

From $245000.00 to $325000.00 annual
Ranges shown should be used as an estimate and are affected by many factors including the critical need of the position, your overall experience and qualifications, and other considerations.
