- Provide a full scope of medical services as a primary care provider.
Physician Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited residency program.
- Must be board-certified or obtain within discussed timeframe of commencing employment and hold license or be eligible for license in State of CT.
- J1 Visa candidates eligible.
