Internal Medicine Residency Teaching Faculty Position

--And, we have an opportunity for a dynamic faculty member with interest and some experience in Research and Quality Improvement
--The position will be mainly outpatient based with some inpatient coverage.
--Our team is a collaborative group of clinician educators focused on training the next generation of physicians who offer the right balance of didactic experiences with an emphasis in on-hand experience.
--Pocus training is included in our training.
--Our faculty believes in leading by example with the upmost professionalism and communication skills.
--We have caps on the ward rotations so that you can enjoy teaching medicine with a manageable patient load.
--We often have students on the teams.
--You will be overseeing all QI projects, research, and all scholarly activities, and creating research opportunities.
--You will be leading, with a senior resident, eight M&Ms and eight journal clubs per year.
--We offer a variety of methods to counteract burnout and increase wellness for our residents and for faculty.
