A strictly outpatient private practice on Florida’s Central East Coast is seeking a Geriatrics physician to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a physician who values work-life balance, a predictable Monday–Friday schedule, and a strong compensation structure.
Position Overview
- Full-time, Monday-Friday schedule
- Market-leading base salary with quarterly bonuses
- Outpatient only; no inpatient responsibilities
- The practice manages Medicare Advantage HMO patients (65+)
- Capitated model with a focus on quality care and continuity
