System Medical Director of Virtual Health Position - Southwest Florida

Facility is seeking a System Medical Director of Virtual Health to lead and advance the digital transformation of healthcare delivery
- Serve as a visionary leader in clinical redesign, change management, and system-wide virtual care service line development
- Provide oversight and professional guidance to virtual health physicians and advanced providers to achieve excellence in digital care delivery
- Promote virtual population health initiatives and lower cost of care through effective resource utilization and real-time program metrics
- Develop quality measures and quality improvement initiatives specific to virtual care
- Serve as technical expert and liaison for virtual health policy development, legal and compliance guidance, and revenue leadership
- Engage with AI and emerging technology governance; lead change management for new technology integration into standard workflows
- Board certified in relevant specialty required

- Epic EMR experience preferred
- Florida medical license required (unrestricted and active)
