- Phone-only call every 3rd week for excellent work-life balance
- Manageable patient census of 15 - 16 patients per day
- Strong managed care background required; Medicare Advantage experience preferred
- Bilingual in Creole required; board-certified, board-eligible, GPs, and ACNs considered
