- Average of 17 - 24 patients per day with 15- and 30-minute appointment templates
- Call averages approximately one period per month, related to physician's own patient panel
- Competitive base salary with productivity-based incentives paid quarterly
- Sign-on and relocation assistance available; negotiable based on candidate needs
