This outpatient facility delivers primary care services to an adult patient population within a structured clinical environment, with a focus on serving patients who also require psychiatric care. The facility maintains a full support staff to facilitate efficient and quality care delivery. Clinical workflows are organized to address the ongoing medical needs of the patient population served.

The Internal Medicine physician will provide outpatient primary care services to an adult patient population during day shift hours at an on-site facility. Clinical responsibilities include conducting patient evaluations and delivering primary care to psychiatric patients, as well as managing acute and chronic medical conditions throughout each assigned shift. The clinician will work collaboratively with a full support staff to support the care needs of the patient population. No call coverage is required for this assignment.
