New Internal Medicine Opportunities - Palm Beach, Florida area!!
Client is hiring Internists who have Medicare Advantage experience.
Private group, large practice
Extremely established
Part of an ACO
Some of the docs getting ready for retirement so planning ahead
Schedule should be similar to this:
1 day a week 10a-7p
1 Saturday a month 9a-1p
Other days of week 8a-5p
Approximately 65% of the patient base is geriatric. Per client, "Our focus is on quality measures that report HEDIS information, Meaningful Use and meeting requirements for Humana Gold patients." EMR experience with e-clinical works would be nice.
Salary will depend on resumes and experience. No partnership but salary with annual bonus based on performance. Provider would be credentialed with our 2 local hospitals that we attend and would need to round at hospitals or cover when the hospitalist is out to sign charts, etc. on our mid-levels.
Our doctors do a call rotation with patient calls or hospital calls, our call schedule could change with this added physician. Looking for someone in the South Florida area and understands this area and prefers someone with experience.
