- Shared call model with RN call center handling routine calls
- Only urgent matters escalate to the physician, supporting great work-life balance
- Low patient census of 10 - 15 patients per day
- Value-based care model focused on senior primary care
- Experience with eClinicalWorks and HEDIS highly valued
- Hospital-employed position with competitive compensation
