?Mission centered nonprofit healthcare group seeks 3 outpatient Family Medicine Physicians in either Aurora a western Chicago suburb!

· 200k yr base guarantee, plus up to 24k/yr in incentives, plus 16k/yr in patient satisfaction scores
About the role:
· 2-3 patient per hour
· 8a-8p one day per week, then 3 other days are 8-4.
· 1 weekend a month then work one less shift the next week
· No call, collaborative NPs in each clinic

· BE, BC - Family Medicine Physician - FM - BC
· Can start in 1-4 months from now.
· Sincere interest in working with the underserved, sicker, high - risk patients
