"    Will consider J1 visa sponsorship if there is a tie to the midwest
"    Salary guarantee of $180,000 base, plus quarterly bonus that will bring guarantee to around $200,000+ for 3 years, then base plus RVU
"    Signing Bonus - $15,000
"    Student Loan repayment $60,000
"    Relocation allowance paid - up to $10,000
"    Malpractice paid, employee benefits package not limited to Retirement, PTO including 20 days plus 6 holidays, CME, Dues and Memberships = $4,000   
"    Hospitalist program to follow their in-patients
"    Call is phone call only for the physicians patients
