Job Description
Southern Michigan post acute care facility is seeking a physician to join their team. This is a Monday-Friday position rounding in skilled nursing facilities with an excellent support staff. Perform comprehensive patient assessments, including medical histories and physical exams. Develop, implement, and adjust individualized care plans based on patient needs. Educate patients and families on health management and preventive strategies. Maintain accurate, timely medical records in compliance with regulations. Compensation range: $252,000-$300,000.
