Job Description

Join the Primary Care team at an independent hospital in a lakeside resort community offering practice autonomy, excellent support, and a balanced lifestyle. This position features a 4 day work week, more than six weeks of PTO, and the opportunity to incorporate procedures and scopes if desired.

The Opportunity
  • Moderate patient volume of just 10-15 patients per day
  • Include scopes if interested
  • 4 day workweek with 6+ weeks of PTO for outstanding work life balance
  • Light, easy call schedule with no requirement to remain onsite

    Compensation & Benefits
  • Base salary: $310,000-$400,000.
  • Total earning to $450,000
  • $100,000 signing bonus
  • Up to $250,000 in retention bonus and/or student loan repayment
