Job Description

An independent, financially stable hospital in a beautiful lakeside resort community is seeking a BC/BE Internal Medicine physician to join its Primary Care team. Enjoy practice autonomy, a dedicated nurse, and a manageable patient load, along with a 4-day work week, 6 weeks of PTO, and the option to add procedures and scopes. New graduates and J1/H1B visa candidates are welcome to apply.

The Opportunity
  • Join a collaborative Primary Care group with 8 Family Medicine physicians and supportive APPs
  • Adult patient population with a strong need for geriatric care
  • Moderate volume of 10-14 patients per day
  • Dedicated RN and 2-3 dedicated exam rooms
  • Optional colonoscopies, EGDs, and stress testing
  • Light 1:5 call from home; NPs/PAs take first call and admissions

    Compensation & Benefits
  • Base salary: $310,000-$400,000
  • Total earnings to $450,000 with production bonus
  • $100,000 signing bonus
  • Up to $250,000 in student loan repayment and/or retention bonus
  • $10,000 relocation plus residency stipend
  • Health insurance, 403(b) with 5% match, and malpractice with tail
