An established primary care practice in west-central Minnesota, ~1 hour southeast of Fargo, North Dakota, is seeking a full-time BC/BE Internal Medicine physician to join its growing team of physicians and advanced practice providers. Position Highlights: 100% outpatient practice with no inpatient consults; 24/7 hospitalist coverage is provided Monday–Friday schedule with phone-only call approximately 1:12 36 patient-contact hours per week for a 1.0 FTE Flexible scheduling options, including a 3.5- to 4-day workweek Autonomous practice environment with flexible patient scheduling Limited nursing home coverage available if desired Opportunity to teach medical students, medical residents, and advanced practice provider students Point-of-care ultrasound (POCUS) available for use in the clinic Extensive in-house specialty support, including cardiology, dermatology, ENT, orthopedics, OB/GYN, psychiatry, general surgery, radiology, and oncology Epic EMR Compensation and Benefits: Competitive annual compensation of $315K–$330K Generous sign-on bonus available Relocation assistance available Six weeks of time off per calendar year for full-time employment Annual CME reimbursement allowance Paid professional dues and memberships 401(k) eligibility after six months, with a generous employer contribution Health and dental insurance Short- and long-term disability insurance Professional liability insurance covered Location and Lifestyle: Experience the best of Minnesota’s scenic lake country, where an affordable cost of living, excellent schools, and abundant outdoor recreation offer an appealing work-life balance.
