Primary Care Position - Southern New Jersey - 45 minutes from Philadelphia
Job Description
Multi-specialty group practice is seeking a BC/BE Primary Care Physician to join team
- Office-based practice providing care to all age groups
- Join 3 other primary care physicians and 2 APPs
- Telephone call only 1:4
- Provide diagnostic and therapeutic medical services including disease prevention, diagnosis, treatment of acute illnesses and injuries, vaccinations, and health/hygiene counseling
- Prescribe and administer medications; order necessary tests and follow-up visits; refer to specialists as needed
- Provide direction to clinical and reception support staff
- Accurate and complete medical documentation required for all patient care; E/M and HCC coding accuracy required to maintain eligibility for productivity and value-based care bonuses
- Compensation range: $225,000–$350,000 based on role requirements and percent of net collections (first-year range)
- NJ license; DEA/CSR; BLS/CPR/AED certification required
- Residency in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine required
