Job Description

A Charlotte Area not-for-profit hospital recognized as a top hospital in the Charlotte Region and among the top hospitals in the state is seeking a Nocturnist for a growing department.

  • 7on/7off schedule offering a mix of 8 hour and 12 hour shifts, affords an excellent life balance.
  • Established and stable team of 40 Hospitalists, Nocturnists, and APPs.
  • Nighttime shift coverage is provided by 2 teams of 6 nocturnists.
  • No procedures or ICU coverage required - 24/7 intensivist coverage.
  • Market competitive base salary + quality incentive bonus, commencement bonus, relocation, and additional shift pay.
  • PTO, CME, malpractice, comprehensive health benefits including retirement with employer match.
  • This employer is not able to offer J1 or H1-B visa support.
