This neurodevelopmental hospital delivers primary care services to a long-term adult patient population within a structured clinical environment. The facility maintains an on-site multidisciplinary support team, including medical, APP, and nursing staff, to support coordinated and quality care delivery. Clinical workflows are organized to address the ongoing medical needs of the population served, with a focus on geriatric care.

The Internal Medicine physician will provide outpatient primary care services to an adult patient population with a geriatric care focus at an on-site neurodevelopmental hospital, working Monday through Friday on a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week during day shift hours. Clinical responsibilities include conducting patient evaluations and managing acute and chronic medical conditions appropriate to the population served. The clinician will work collaboratively with an on-site support team that includes MDs, APPs, medical assistants, and licensed vocational nurses to facilitate daily clinical operations. Call coverage is negotiable and will be determined in coordination with facility leadership.
