An established multispecialty healthcare team in central North Dakota, ~90 min west of Fargo, is seeking a BC/BE Internal Medicine Physician to assume an established patient population. Position Highlights: Assume an established Internal Medicine patient population Join a collaborative multispecialty team including Family Medicine physicians, APPs, Behavioral Health, General Surgery and Physical Therapy Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–5 p.m. schedule Average 18–20 office patients per day Weekday and weekend call with approximately 1:11 weekend call Work alongside a strong team of physicians, advanced practice providers and clinical support staff Modern hospital and clinic facilities Hospital equipped with laboratory, X-ray and ultrasound services Compensation and Benefits: $361K+ base compensation Additional compensation may be available through bonuses, quality incentives and production-based compensation Excellent benefits package Location and Lifestyle: This welcoming central North Dakota community of approximately 15,000 residents offers a relaxed pace of life with easy access to outdoor recreation and larger regional hubs.
