- Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5 pm -- no call required
- 18 - 25 patients per day depending on SNF census
- Skilled nursing facility (SNF) setting -- adults only
- Open to internal medicine or family medicine providers
- Regulatory visits required -- every other 60-day visit
- Hospital privileges required
- 6-month locums engagement with potential for permanent placement
- We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
