Job Description
Seeking a full time or part-time primary care family physician for primary care/urgent carein Tigard OR 97223.
Position requires supervisory role and working with Physician Assistants/chart reviews of mid-levels, while also seeing patients.
Duties to include:
· Provide comprehensive primary care to patients aged birth to geriatric. This includes child wellness visits, female checkups, male checkups and treatment of chronic diseases within the scope of practitioner license. Experience treating and managing chronic conditions common to primary care including but not limited to management of weight, fitness, chronic pain, psychiatric conditions and social factors.
· Provide treatment of acute injury or illness in an urgent care setting including but not limited to suture minor lacerations, minor wounds, minor fractures, contusions, infections, etc.
· Supervise, lead and train mid-level providers to continually improve quality of patient care in a collaborative work environment.
· Manage a staff with the goals of meeting quality measures, participation in meaningful use, and maintaining patient centered primary-care-home.
