Family medicine Internal medicine Philadelphia Pennsylvania
currently Chestnut Hill and Havertown hospitals as well as nursing homes and assisted living homes
looking for IM or FP for acute inpatient hospital (short term acute and LTACH), as well as sub acute and nursing home work. Flexible schedule, reasonable call schedule (2 nights a week for hospital only) and rounding 1:4- 1:5 weekends. Currently 1 doc and 2 np, but rapidly expanding over the next 1-3 months in patient volume so immediate need as well
Acute hospital rounds as well as following post acute and long term care patients facilities. Routine and acute visits, flexible schedule (essentially can make own schedule), care from general follow ups to long term ventilator patients who are much more acute. The medicine is actually relatively intense at times, not just “nursing home”, Night call for ER only 2 days per week, weekend rounding for a group is 1:4 to 1:5 with phone coverage. (Weekend calls can be busy)

Salary (range): $180+ commensurate with experience, negotiable
Bonus compensation: negotiable
Vacation: 3 weeks, 1 week CME, non accruing
