Critical Care Nocturnist opportunity in Upstate South Carolina with a physician-led regional health system. Join an established critical care team providing overnight coverage for a 30-bed ICU/CICU, with the unit transitioning to a closed intensivist model. Multiple Critical Care training pathways considered.7 PM 7 AM shifts; 30-bed ICU/CICU. IM, Pulmonary, Anesthesia, or EM/Critical Care trained candidates accepted. Transitioning to a closed ICU model. Central/arterial lines, intubation, and ventilator management required. Bronchoscopy a plus, but not required. 4 daytime intensivists; extensive specialty backup. Teaching opportunities with medical students and residents. Signing bonus, loan repayment, relocation, and full benefits. Upstate South Carolina location, 1 hour from Greenville; lakes, mountains, and outdoor recreation nearby.
