We recently opened a new Round and Go position in the Nashville area of Tennessee.  What makes this position unique and attractive is that physicians can usually finish their rounds in about 5-6hrs of their day.  We have the option of either 7 days On and 7 Off schedule or open to a provider seeking only 7-10 shifts per month. 

The focus is on daily rounding and medical management of patients in an inpatient physical rehab type setting. Our goal is to medically manage their chronic conditions and overall health, in an effort to avoid setbacks that can derail their physical rehab and result in rehospitalizations. 

Highlights:

• Team rounding with an NP or PA who handles notes and charting on the patient encounters.

• 7-on / 7-off block schedule (rounds typically completed in about 5-6hrs per day. 

• Also have the potential opportunity for someone only interested in 7-10 shifts per month.

• Financially attractive especially given the hours and patient volume

• Not your typical inpatient grind; a more balanced workload and hours, while still having a good earnings package.
