Job Description
A respected and growing physician network is seeking BE/BC Internal Medicine physicians to join established outpatient practices due to planned physician retirements. Rather than building from scratch, incoming physicians have the opportunity to inherit mature patient panels and step into immediate demand.

Immediate patient volume with established panels
Outpatient-only primary care
Average 18-22 patients per day
Dedicated clinical and administrative support

Compensation & Benefits
Guaranteed salary of $280,000-$300,000+ for 18 months
$30,000 signing bonus
Monthly productivity incentives
Up to $40,000 annual quality bonus
