Stable and quality driven medical group seeks an Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Physician outside Houston in Baytown, TX!
This a quality driven group not a production driven group! Family feel, no red tape, excellent culture of caring for its team members!
About the group:
- 30 years in practice
- 85 people
- 3 locations
- 7 MDs and 8 NP/PAs
- Group experiences long tenure with their team members.
- This group stresses quality and preventative care. They want providers to proactively prevent illnesses. E.g. schedule colonoscopies, mammograms, etc in advance.
About the Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Physician role:
- 10-18 patients per day on average. Patient panel already in place.
- Mostly adults, some kids seen in the practice. You have the option to see kids
- 8-5 mon-fri, call is 1 week every 4 weeks, and its 2-5 phone calls during that week
- This position is open because 1 MD is retiring in 1 year
- Will see Medicare to commercial patients, COPD to diabetes
Benefits:
- $200-250k yr base salary (DOE) plus Quality bonuses

Profile- Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Physician:
- Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Physician that wants to work on quality metrics and wants to proactively prevent patients from getting sick.
- Spanish speaker ideal
