Modern Rural West Texas Hospital seeking an IM to join their well-established group

Join this dynamic team which includes a highly trained staff

  • Employed Internal Medicine opportunity with a mix of outpatient clinic, inpatient rounding, and nursing home care
  • Established patient panel with significant unmet demand and immediate volume available
  • Average clinic volume of approximately 10-12 pats per day, allowing for longer patient visits and relationship-based care
  • Flexible schedule with 32-36 hours of clinic time per week
  • Competitive base salary plus productivity incentives, and additional earning potential through call pay, APP supervision, administrative responsibilities, and medical directorship opportunities
