Job Description

A West Texas critical-access hospital is seeking a seasoned Internal Medicine physician to provide compassionate and high-quality care to their friendly, close-knit community. Join a growing, well supported, and stable team of 3 other physicians, 4 PA's and 5 FNP's. This facility is a short commute from Midland/Odessa.

THE OPPORTUNITY:

  • $325,000 guaranteed base salary + wRVU incentive bonus. $400k+ proven income potential.
  • Total recruitment package exceeding $30,000.
  • 4-day workweek with a half-day for administrative work.
