This established rural healthcare organization is seeking an Internal Medicine physician to join its growing primary care team.
Employed Internal Medicine position combining outpatient clinic, inpatient rounding, and nursing home care responsibilities
Join an established practice alongside another primary care physician and an experienced APP with immediate patient volume available
Manageable clinic volume of approximately 10-12 patients per day, allowing for longer visits and relationship-driven medicine
Flexible schedule with 32-36 patient care hours per week and a predictable daily workflow
Light shared call with physicians caring for their own hospitalized patients and excellent cross-coverage support
Competitive compensation package with realistic income potential of $400,000-$450,000+, productivity incentives, call pay, loan repayment eligibility, and medical directorship opportunities
