We are seeking a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician to join our growing outpatient practice in Culpeper, Virginia. This is a 100% outpatient position with no hospital responsibilities, no after-hours call, and excellent support systems designed to reduce burnout and improve physician satisfaction.

Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive primary care services for adult and family medicine patients
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
- Perform preventive care and wellness visits
- Develop long-term patient relationships and care plans
- Coordinate care with specialists and ancillary providers
- Utilize evidence-based medicine to improve patient outcomes
- Participate in quality improvement and population health initiatives
- Collaborate with advanced practice providers and support staff
Qualifications
- MD or DO degree and Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Virginia medical license (or ability to obtain)
