Opportunity Highlights
• Level III NICU (licensed for 25 - 30 beds)
• Average daily census of 8 -10 patients
• Care for a full range of gestational ages (excluding surgery and ECMO)
• Advanced ventilatory support with nitric oxide capabilities
• Participation in high-risk deliveries
• 1 week on / 1 week off schedule
• Flexibility to pick up additional or bundled shifts
Responsibilities
• Provide comprehensive neonatal care in a Level III NICU setting
• Collaborate closely with neonatologists, physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary team members
• Participate in delivery attendance and neonatal resuscitation as needed
• Communicate effectively with families regarding care plans and progress
• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based care in a collaborative environment
Ideal Candidate
• Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine
• Strong clinical expertise in NICU care
• Commitment to collaborative, team-based practice
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Dedication to high-quality, evidence-based medicine
