Job Description
Join a well-established neonatology team providing care in a 22-bed Level III NICU w/ a collaborative, private practice-style environment. This role offers a strong balance of clinical acuity & family-centered care w/ excellent support from experienced APPs
Details:
22-bed Level III NICU | Avg census 14-15 | ~2,300 deliveries & 260 admissions/year
1 full week of service a month w/ 2-3 night shifts in the remaining 3 weeks
Exceptional comp range of $450K-$485K,+ sign-on, relocation, strong PTO & CME
Care for infants down to 23 weeks w/ balanced acuity (VLBW, cooling, respiratory support)
Join 3 Neonatologists + 4 experienced APPs in a collaborative, autonomous model
Hospital employed environment - no academic layers, strong physician ownership of care
Advanced capabilities: HFV (jet & oscillator), nitric oxide, cooling, full ventilation support
