Job Description

Details
  • Join an established team of 3 Neonatologists & 4 experienced APPs in a collaborative care model
  • 22-bed Level III NICU w/ an average daily census of 14-15
  • 2,300 annual deliveries & 260 NICU admissions
  • Care for infants as early as 23 weeks gestation w/ a balanced mix of high-acuity & community-based neonatal care
  • Diverse clinical spectrum including VLBW infants, therapeutic hypothermia, advanced respiratory disease, & neonatal critical care
  • Advanced NICU capabilities including high-frequency jet ventilation, oscillator ventilation, inhaled nitric oxide, & full ventilatory support
  • Practice w/ meaningful physician autonomy & direct involvement in clinical decision-making
  • 1 full service week per month plus 2-3 night shifts during the remaining weeks

    Compensation
  • Competitive compensation package of $450-$485K+
