Job Description

Be part of a highly respected neonatal team where you'll enjoy the clinical complexity of a busy Level III NICU alongside the autonomy, collegiality, & continuity of care often found in private practice. This hospital-employed opportunity offers a supportive culture, experienced APP partnership, & a physician-led approach to high-quality neonatal care.

Details:
  • Team of 3 Neonatologists & 4 experienced APPs
  • 22-bed Level III NICU w/ an average daily census of 14-15
  • ~2,300 annual deliveries & ~260 NICU admissions
  • Care for infants as early as 23 weeks gestation
  • Diverse case mix including VLBW infants, therapeutic hypothermia, advanced respiratory disease, & neonatal critical care
  • Advanced NICU technology including high-frequency jet ventilation, oscillator ventilation, inhaled nitric oxide, & full ventilatory support
  • Meaningful physician autonomy w/ direct involvement in clinical decision-making & care protocols
  • Balanced schedule w/ 1 full-service week per month + 2-3 night shifts during remaining weeks
