- NICU coverage -- shifts with at-home call after regular hours
- Average census of 14 babies in a 24-bed Level III NICU
- Level III NICU -- no PICU on site
- NPs on staff -- attend deliveries and transport NICU patients
- HFOV and inhaled nitric oxide experience required
- Therapeutic hypothermia and whole body cooling required
- Vacation coverage
- Facility averages 1800 deliveries annually
