Opportunity Highlights
- Level III NICU
- 15-bed unit
- 90–110 deliveries per month
- 2-physician care model
- In-house NNP coverage
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive neonatal care in a Level III NICU setting
- Collaborate closely with neonatologists, physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary team members
- Participate in delivery attendance and neonatal resuscitation as needed
- Communicate effectively with families regarding care plans and progress
- Deliver high-quality, evidence-based care in a collaborative environment

- Strong clinical skills in neonatal care
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Passion for working with newborns and supporting families
- Board-Certified as a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP-BC)
- Commitment to high-quality, evidence-based medicine
