Job Description
seeking a full-time Lead Nephrologist to join team in delivering value-based care to patients with chronic kidney disease, end stage renal disease, and/or other polychronic conditions.
--Hybrid role including remote and in-home visits.

--Full time schedule, Monday-Friday 8:30 am-5:00 pm
