Job Description
Group seeking a full-time Lead Nephrologist to join their team, delivering care to patients with chronic kidney disease, end stage renal disease, and/or other polychronic conditions, in person, in patient homes and via telehealth.
- Full time schedule, Monday-Friday 8:30 am-5:00 pm
